Search Queries
A name or location entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. We do not keep a separate log of those query terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Messages sent directly to us may be retained long enough to answer and maintain the exchange. They are not shared beyond our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

We do not maintain, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. Visitor information is not turned into a record about another person or a consumer report. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy terms, retention periods, and sharing rules govern information entered into those tools. We do not set those policies. Review the provider's terms before submitting a query.

Links may lead to court portals, New York agencies, the Genesee County Sheriff's Office, legal resources, or outside search services. Once you leave this site, the destination's privacy policy applies. Check it before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across sites and select ads. Their tracking practices are not controlled by us.
